Location: San Antonio, Texas Job Description: Purpose of Job The Career Development Program is a rotational program designed for MBA graduates who want to gain a broad level of experience and exposure to a variety of business operations, as a foundation for a long-term career at USAA. The program features two to three job rotations offering participants exposure to various operational functions, interactions with executive leaders, and structured developmental opportunities. Each challenging assignment will be approximately 9 to 18 months in length, based on business needs, and will allow participants to enhance their business acumen and leadership skills.

Individuals must complete 24 months in the program before applying to other jobs at USAA. The Career Development Program is open to MBA graduates who demonstrate critical and strategic thinking skills, financial acumen, and strong leadership potential. Upon completion of the program individuals will be considered for job opportunities in the Chief Operations organization. Job Requirements We are currently seeking talented individuals for our MBA Career Development Program (Operations) for our San Antonio, TX facility.

• Specific duties are defined within each rotation assignment, but duties could include the following: Assists with business case development, including gathering requirements, analyzing business trends, researching historical data, reviewing industry standards, recommending and presenting solutions. May complete special assignments or research projects as required. • Develops executive level presentations. • Performs financial forecasting, customer and competitive intelligence research and analysis, business planning and/or business problem analysis. • Supports the ongoing management of resources, strategic and operational plans, programs and projects, and related budgets that achieve stated objectives in support of the USAA mission. • Coordinates and monitors the schedule, pricing and technical performance of company programs. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules and ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks and operations.
