Reading some of the unhappy customers cuz numbers fell off, I too experienced some of your same complaints, but I found that after purchasing the swing away unit my problems ended. What I believe was the problem is not being able to judge the pressure more carefully made the difference, also knowing what film is best for the material and wearability of what your project needs. Believe me, I made many mistakes and had a huge learning curve, but learned how helpful stahls staff is on advice of what I needed has paid off.
