Meet some of our faculty Dr Karl Aquino Karl Aquino is the Richard Poon Professor of Organizations and Society in the Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources Division. His research focuses on the moral foundations of organizational and social life.

A widely published expert in business ethics, his work has appeared in leading management, psychology, marketing and political journals. Dr Jonathan Berkowitz Jonathan Berkowitz has more than 20 years of experience in applied statistics. As President of a private consulting firm, he offers services in problem formulation, research design, data analysis and presentation, and continuing statistical education. He is also a Clinical Associate Professor in the UBC’s Faculty of Medicine and an Adjunct Professor with the Sauder School of Business. Dr Ron Giammarino Ron Giammarino, Phillips Hager and North Professor of Corporate Finance, is the Director of UBC’s Phillips Hager and North Centre for Financial Markets Research and the Bureau of Asset Management. He specializes in corporate finance and strategy, financial institutions, and financial regulation.

He works with organizations to help them understand consumer behaviour in a variety of contexts including brand strategy, consumer loyalty, service delivery, new product development, and strategic pricing. Dr Tsur Somerville Tsur Somerville is Director of the UBC Centre for Urban Economics and Real Estate, and holder of the Real Estate Foundation Professorship in Real Estate Finance.
